Play—in a scramble format—begins promptly at noon after players have had an opportunity to pick up tips from a golf pro, enjoy energy-inducing gourmet eats and a choice of wine, beer or soft drinks. Then it’s off to the greens where players will find food and drink stations strategically placed to refresh and continue the fun. Cigars aficionados are taken care of as well on the course.
